The EU Dare project team has reached an exciting milestone as we convened for our final Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM) in Galway, Ireland. Hosted by our Irish partner, Momentum Educate + Innovate, this event marked the culmination of a successful collaboration aimed at empowering farmers and VET educators with tools and knowledge for sustainable agroecology and regenerative farming practices.
A Journey of Collaboration Across Europe
The EU Dare team’s journey has taken us across Europe, fostering innovation and partnerships in cities such as Wrocław 🇵🇱, Lucera 🇮🇹, Prague 🇨🇿, Vienna 🇦🇹, Nitra 🇸🇰, and now Galway 🇮🇪. Each meeting has been an opportunity to exchange ideas, build relationships, and strengthen our collective commitment to advancing agroecology practices across Europe.
Highlights of the Final Meeting in Galway
The Galway meeting was held at the state-of-the-art facilities of the BIA Innovator Campus, where the team experienced a warm welcome and a productive day of collaboration. The facilities provided the perfect environment to reflect on our achievements, share final plans and insights, and discuss the next steps for disseminating project results.
A special thank you to Momentum Educate + Innovate and our hosts at BIA Innovator for providing not only a productive workspace but also an inspiring tour of the Innovator Campus. The visit highlighted how local innovation can drive meaningful change in agricultural practices.
Project Achievements and Results
As the EU Dare project nears completion, we are proud to share the outcomes of our hard work:
- Good Practices in Agroecology: A comprehensive collection of real-world examples that showcase innovative, sustainable, and regenerative farming techniques.
- Educational Modules: Tailored learning resources designed for farmers and VET educators interested in adopting agroecological methods and advancing their knowledge.
These valuable resources are ready to be used by stakeholders who share our vision for a greener, more sustainable agricultural future.
Looking Ahead
While this marks the final TPM, the EU Dare journey does not end here. Our project results will continue to support and inspire farmers, educators, and agricultural communities across Europe. Together, we are fostering a future where agroecology and sustainable farming practices are at the heart of food production.
